Delivery timings by region
Vitamin Vitality ships within the European Union only. Orders to addresses outside the EU cannot be accepted. All EU deliveries include duties and taxes — nothing further is owed on arrival.

When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 2pm CET on a working day are dispatched the same day from our EU fulfilment centre. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays leave the following working day.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — every order is delivered free across the European Union, tracked door-to-door. Express upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I track my order?+
Every parcel is fully tracked. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link, and can also follow progress from your account or via our /track page.
Do you ship outside the EU?+
No. Vitamin Vitality currently sells and ships within the European Union only. We do not accept orders or deliver to addresses outside the EU.
What if I'm not home?+
Our carriers will attempt a safe-place delivery or leave a card to rearrange. You can redirect to a neighbour or collection point via the carrier's link.
