Vitamin Vitality ships to Austria, Belgium and 19 other EU countries only. Orders to addresses outside these countries cannot be accepted. Your order ships from within the European Union. No customs charges or import duties apply to these delivery addresses.

When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 2pm CET on a working day are dispatched the same day from our EU fulfilment centre. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays leave the following working day.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — every order is delivered free to Austria, Belgium and 19 other EU countries, tracked door-to-door. Express upgrades are available at checkout.
Can I track my order?+
Every parcel is fully tracked. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link, and can also follow progress from your account or via our /track page.
Do you ship outside the EU?+
No. Vitamin Vitality currently ships to 21 EU countries only: Austria, Belgium and 19 other EU countries. We do not accept orders or deliver to addresses outside these regions.
What if I'm not home?+
Our carriers will attempt a safe-place delivery or leave a card to rearrange. You can redirect to a neighbour or collection point via the carrier's link.
