Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your Vitamin Vitality experience.
14-Day statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to hello@vitaminvitality.co.uk). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Hygiene Exception: Please note that due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplements if the protective seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened after delivery.
30-Day voluntary return policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. Unopened products with seals intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
Email hello@vitaminvitality.co.uk with your order number to begin a return. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right.
